At KGS Organics, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product is packed with care and delivered to you in a sealed and hygienic condition.

Since we deal with food and health products, safety and quality are our top priorities. To ensure that our products remain safe, we follow a strict no-return policy once the product seal is broken.

Returns

Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at [your support email/phone number].

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product in unopened/sealed condition.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No refund or replacement will be provided if the product seal is broken after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Products purchased under special discounts or clearance sales (unless damaged in transit).

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please share a clear photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery at contact@kusumglobal.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
